First day at school

On the 29th of June, it was our first day in Washington. At first, all of us were nervous because we had to take the metro and we didn't know about the area, but in the end everything was fine!

When we arrived at LADO International Institute (our school), they divided us into different levels and we had five hours of classes. After the classes, at two o'clock, we had lunch and a short meeting with our Spanish teachers who explained us the main activities we are going to do in these three weeks.
At the end of the day, we took the public transport to get home and we had dinner with our host families.

Les comunicamos que hicimos buen viaje y, según lo previsto, al llegar al aeropuerto de Washington DC los responsables de la escuela LADO estaban esperándonos, para trasladarnos a las distintas familias de acogida. Los alumnos han descansado bien y esta mañana han llegado puntualmente a la escuela, para comenzar las clases a las 9:00. A las 14:00 acabarán las clases, comeremos el packed lunch y entregaremos la tarjeta de transporte público, además aprovecharemos para conocer la zona y explicar la ruta de vuelta a casa.
